FUNDING AGREEMENTS - CONSERVANCY PARCEL

- Memorandum of Agreement for Purchase of Services: This applies to the purchase of both the conservancy parcel as well as the housing parcel.
- Dane County Ground Lease: This secures the work done by UOSF to enhance the natural areas of Troy Gardens that was funded by the DNR. The DNR funding requires that there be a ground lease to protect their investment.
